Customers must arrive at the departure point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrival may result in missing the trip, and no compensation or rescheduling will be provided. Any outstanding balances remain due.
The operator reserves the right to cut a trip short or return to port at any time if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
All customers must act in a manner that is safe for themselves and others onboard.
